The Regional Manager-Central FL role has two primary functions. At a senior level, the role of the Regional Manager, Central FL is responsible for the operational and service integrity of the Orlando and Winter Park Business Center locations as well as the Tampa, Orlando, and BciCapital Client Services divisions. In addition to operational and service integrity for the Central FL region, the Regional Manager role is responsible for the execution of sales effectiveness by ensuring all habits are adhered to in order to create efficiencies that retain and grow the existing book. This role acts in a leadership capacity with the Business Center staff to develop, organize and execute on operational and client service experience which includes meeting the servicing needs and expectations of the large Corporate, Real Estate, Commercial Banking, and Private Client Group clients through the integrated delivery of Depository, Loan, and Treasury Management Services.

Qualifications

    5-7 years of proven regional branch management, sales, business development, consumer and small business lending, and operations experience in a banking environment

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
