Job Description

Position Summary

Reporting to the Global Product Manager, the Global Business Analyst is responsible for Business Analytics and Insights development and deployment to enable decision making and strategies across consumer business segments.

This position will accelerate & advance the analytical capabilities supporting Consumer Diversification & Growth AIP 4, building upon our Leading Indicator model, and developing new tools to identify and assess incremental and breakthrough profitable market share gain opportunities.

The Global Business Analyst will expand an overall consumer capability to support consumer's vertical business segment teams as well as our strategic marketing leadership

Responsibilities


  • Business insights & market data (leading indicator) management

  • Manage and further develop Tableau Desktop PM Dashboard, Leading Indicator, and Funnel "Time Machine" data Source and Visualization workbooks Troubleshoot, maintain, update (Target to Improve (TTI) definitions)

  • Create and development of ad hoc reports to assess profit enhancement and growth opportunities

  • Conduct and create standard processes for product management analysis including growth, profitability, and pricing reviews on product line portfolios

  • Develop and implement Industrial Information Resources (IIR) Project database funnel feeding process

  • Collaborate with the Information Technology team to implement Installed equipment Base database; develop analysis process to action for share gain and preemptive MRO (Maintenance Repair and Operations( promotion and capture rate and profitability strategy

  • Develop and implement leading external outside in indicator metrics and Visual Management

Experience and Skill Required


  • Bachelor's Degree in business, Economics, or Mathematics or equivalent experience

  • 0-5 years' experience in business analyst role with highly engineered products in a complex B2B industrial manufacturing enterprise

  • Quality mindset, continuous improvement mindset, and 8020 understanding, organized and attention to detail

  • Strong with Microsoft Excel, SAP, SFDC, Preferred: Tableau experience or Certification, SQL, R
