This position is responsible for managing daily activities related to the Product Marketing, Content, and Internal Communications functions for the Global Corporate Brand Marketing team. This role helps manage the development of multiple components of the marketing and product content strategies that elevate the Corporate Brand portfolio and drive significant share and profit growth. He/she will also help manage internal and external communication related to corporate brand strategy and positioning. In addition to engaging with North American teams, this role will help engage and interact with the team in our European businesses. By doing this, this person will deliver elevated marketing strategies and assets to enable increased engagement and sales growth in all markets we engage with. In addition, this role will support key priorities related to elevating product content and marketing support materials (with a strong emphasis on a digital approach) and ensuring any such marketing is fully aligned with the brand statements, positioning, and value propositions. In addition, crafting new product launch communications is a key component in achieving budgeted sales and market share goals. This position requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and strong project management skills. With a company-wide focus on the Henry Schein Brand portfolio, this position will play a critical role in developing and activating a new, elevated positioning through Marketing, Content, and internal communications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Assist Global Corporate Brand Sr. Marketing Manager in the development of Corporate Brand marketing plans and activities

  • Global responsibility for supporting the product marketing content for all Corporate Brands, including the plans and activities that support the achievement of sales, market share, and strategic metrics and is fully aligned with the brand positioning

  • Develop product content and marketing materials that elevate customer perception of corporate brands to be on par with benchmark supplier brands and provide countries the necessary materials and support to achieve budgeted sales, obtain market share goals and realize Strategic plan metrics

  • Ensure such materials are comparable to what is provided by the benchmark suppliers for the product/category/brand and elevate Henry Schein corporate brand so not view as private label

  • Strong emphasis on content development to support digital and web marketing and point-of-sale sales material to leverage global sales resources, including any specialist supporting specific corporate brand. This includes management and development of any brand-specific websites and microsite

  • Support development of all content to support Corporate Brands

  • Assist with other projects as needed


Qualifications

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:


  • Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Project management skills

  • Dental experience preferred

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

Typically 2 to 4 years of related professional experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline.

GENERAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:


  • Intermediate level professional

  • Basic knowledge of the healthcare or dental market preferred

  • Good knowledge of product content / marketing including digital expertise, content development, and marketplace assessment

  • Good creativity, conceptualizing, project management, and collaboration skills in a matrix environment

  • Good planning and organizational skills and techniques

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic presentation and public speaking skills

  • Good decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills
