Job Summary
As aProduct Owner III atTHP, you will work in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for defining key components of the assigned product utilizing deep industry expertise and knowledge of the assigned area and the end customer. The Product Owner III will be responsible for providing the assigned product vision and roadmap that enables the Team to build and deliver the highest value product features quickly and in the correct sequence to satisfy requirements
You will be expected to collaborate very closely with a scrum team, scrum master, systems team, and a product manager in a fully scaled agile environment. Coordinate work within your Agile Release Train with other teams and ARTs. You will work with Tufts Health Plan business stakeholders and business owners to ensure the product changes represent the user's journey are implemented appropriately.
The Product Owner III requires both customer and business oriented knowledge and communication skills, as well as an understanding of technology needs in order to drive assigned product roadmap for standardized and scalable solutions.
You will have a direct line to the business as a dedicated resource support and dotted line reporting to the Core Implementation team reporting into the Product Manager. In this role you will work closely with a team to ensure that investments are aligned to the organizations goals.

Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
Understanding of key assigned functions.
Experience supporting multiple business functions to understand how to drive the product solution across the business operations.
Identify, document, decompose and refine requirements from business problems to epics, features, and user stories
Abilty to present findings with executive presence and influencing
Ability to participate in a continuous feedback loop to work in a teaming environment to drive decision making
Makes priority decisions for product based on measurable business and operational value
Responsible for accepting or rejecting iteration deliverables
Provide transparency of work completed and planned, and obtain feedback from stakeholders in sprint/iteration reviews and demos
Ability to prioritize requirements based on the objectives of the project/solution and considerations of the overarching business & customer
Forecast product/feature delivery timeframes in collaboration with your team/s
Ability to communicate and foster the high-level solution vision & goals with executive presence
High level of proficiency in coordinating project-wide planning
Works with the Product Manager to evaluate the product roadmap to identify elements for development and identify "definition of done" for each feature
Produces workflows, completes data mapping and performs business process design
Conducts User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and participates in sprint demos to ensure that the final product meets the "definition of done".
Requirements
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
EDUCATION:
Bachelors Degree in business or Health administration required
Masters preferred
EXPERIENCE:
7+ years in the Health Insurance industry
4+ years of Proven multiple project management experience
3+ years of experience working as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Product Analyst
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Results-oriented, and able to influence others to meet goals in positive manner
Experience in process definition, often in ambiguous situations.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and on paper, and at all levels of the organization (in particular, PowerPoint presentations)
