In this entrepreneurial position, you will lead the building team's offer plans strategy and roadmap for development of digital building services with a focus Service offers, with particular focus to support product management and engineering teams and customers. You will strong orientation for innovating, agile, and autonomous marketing leader who can work across all levels of the organization and influence key decision-makers is best positioned for the role. The ideal right contender will be with a background in Digital Marketing, Sales, and Chanel management. Additionally, he/she will have strong knowledge of Building Management systems and with a good sense of customer-centricity.
You will work across development teams, product management in the line of business and commercial teams. The position requires strong communication, influencing and analytic skills, technical and business acumen, relationship development skills, and a motivational style. Collaboration and partnering within Schneider's global organization is critical for the success
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategy and offer development:
Define, manage, and update service plans, vision, and strategy with a cross-functional team, partnering with Product Management, Marketing, & commercial
Analyze the market and competitive landscape of digital services plans for Smart Buildings, including established and emergent players.
Based on Voice of Customer research outline compelling use cases with associated value created for various personas and segments
Define key personas and craft requirements based on use cases that are clear, comprehensive, and prioritized.
Be the voice of the customer and deeply understand user needs, workflows, and how to target customers who would benefit from service plan offer.
Marketing and Sales enablement
Collaborate with product and marketing managers to align service plan offering with a value proposition, pricing, and positioning of digital services plans
Partner with cross-functional teams, including operational marketing and sales, to develop outbound materials to support high-impact product launches
Support evangelization/training of sales teams on plan features and capabilities
Update continuously value proposition and look for new features
Update Playbook
Update guidelines regarding pricing policy
Define and adopt the right Go to Market
Adapt offer to new Channels
The right candidate will be:
Subject matter expert: proven track record of developing, managing, and launching services offers
Customer and data-oriented: expert at making cases with data, with boundless curiosity about customers and what can make them successful.
Technically minded: experience crafting requirements that are clear, prioritized, and articulate the use cases value and benefits.
Product champion: committed to best practices in understanding the needs of internal customers and helping deliver a best-in-class experience to external customers.
Entrepreneurial and evangelistic: promote and drive awareness of the offers within Schneider and to external customers and the industry.
Education qualifications and other desired experience:
Bachelor's degree or higher in business, engineering, marketing, technical computing or related field.
MBA is a plus
Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), and Smart Building industry a plus
Experience developing Cloud/platform and Service offers
Other skills and competencies
5 years of hands-on offer management.
Proven track record of launching complex solutions.
Applied experience with product management skills - pricing, market and competitive analysis, strategic planning
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
Strong leadership, project planning, and execution skills
