Pay:

• $14.25/HR to start, 1st review and raise at 90 days


• Plus additional $0.50/HR for evey hire you refer to AJM, with no limit on the number of referrals

Available Shifts (full time- 40 hours)

• 1st 7:00 - 3:30


• 2nd 3;30 - 11:30


• 3rd 11:30-7:00

• Strip, shaft, prep, and sage paper to facilitate quick roll changes and minimize downtime.


• Mark, label, and ensure all rolls can be identified and traced in staging area and production.


• Facilitate smooth changeovers from one job order to another by clearing staging area of unused full and partial rolls from previous job and replace with properly prepped rolls for next job. Start, stop and thread machines.


• Mount, align, and monitor paper rolls.


• Observe automatic and/or initiate manual empty roll shutdown.


• Remove spent rolls and dispose of residual paper, cores, core plugs, and other packaging materials.


• Monitor and replenish supplies.


• Maintain clean and organized workspace.


• Complete all other tasks as deemed necessary by management.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred


• One or more years of work experience preferred
