We are seeking a Physical Therapist to:

• Provide rehabilitative treatment services to patients.


• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and plan of care.


• Seek continual learning opportunities to advance one’s own practice and educate others


• Work within a large, dynamic rehabilitation team to continually provide exceptional patient and family centered care.

Education:
Minimum - Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy is required.

Work Experience:
Preferred - Two (2) years prior relevant experience.

Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum – Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin is required. Certification in Healthcare Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automatic External Defibrillator is required within 3 months of hire.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Familiarity with a variety of equipment, including computer software, is required. 


• Organization, time management, flexibility, and positive attitude are crucial to successful performance. 

Physical Requirements:
Medium: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position scheduled to work day shift, Monday through Friday between 7:00 am and 6:30 pm. Required to work one evening per week until 6:30 pm. No weekends or holidays are required. Hours may vary based on the needs of the department.
