Summary/Objective
The implementation quality administrator position is responsible for department-wide verification of accuracy of plan set up, publishing monthly results and trends, and providing input on functionality and efficiency of setup in systems. The implementation quality administrator position is also responsible for the setup of client demographic and benefit plan information, enrollment into new and renewing benefit plans, plan testing, related materials for assigned clients. This role provides excellent customer service by daily interacting with internal and external clients or designated contacts through phone calls and email, and provides administrative and subject matter support.

1. Audit set up of new and renewing business, plan features and client changes across various company systems
2. Provide summary of individual team member audit results to department lead
3. Provide necessary coaching to team
4. Prepare and maintain system documentation as well as updates to process and procedures as necessary
5. Participate in annual SOC audit preparation, sample gathering and interviews
6. Prepare and publish approved monthly departmental results
7. Prepare department KPI
8. Serve as primary assigned client and internal contact for implementation and systems setup of client benefit plans
9. Acquire and maintain knowledge of general health benefits, insurance carrier and company terminology and of plans specific to assigned clients
10.. Understand applicable plan legislative regulations and plan provisions
