FlightSafety International is seeking interested candidates for a Courseware Developer position locatedin Savannah, GA. This position is responsible for the development of creating interactive products and programs for training in a variety of different programs.

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who is willing to go above and beyond the ordinary and is able to work autonomously, take initiative, and pay attention to detail.

Basic Functions:

• Design/Create/sustain eLearning training modules and training presentations.


• Create/sustain presentations to include basic animations, media integration and layout considerations.


• Design/update publications for both print and electronic distribution.


• Create/sustain 2D images.


• Consult and collaborate with subject matter experts.


• Adhere to established specifications and product development standards, and coordinate standards with CWS.


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Participate in appropriate stages of the project management lifecycle.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required

• High School Diploma or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Associate's degree from a two-year college or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Professional training design and development environment in the fields of media production or other areas directly related to courseware support and/or development, i.e. desktop publishing, media software, graphics development, etc.


• Experience with project management preferred


• Background in aviation or a safety oriented industry, preferred
