Your Mission

Conceptualize new graphic designs that address the performance consumer, retailer, and company needs on a seasonal timeline.




• Create original designs and execute to the highest level of quality without direct supervision.




• Prepare for seasonal graphic design review presentations.




• Ensure adherence to deadlines and timelines.




• Understand design quality and project efficiency.




• Create and maintain graphic specification sheets.




• Execute graphic design handovers with cross functional team members to include the Asia based development team.




• Manage and update graphic design data base systems.




• Attend and participate in weekly cross functional meeting

Your Talent

• Designer 2 level, minimum 4 years product design experience.




• 4-year College/University degree in Graphic Design or related field.




• A strong eye for detail and refinement.




• Strong drawing, rendering and presentation skills.




• Excellent organizational skills coupled with a pro-active, team based personality.




• Show self-motivation, maturity, drive and the desire to learn and grow professionally.




• Ability to take direction and be proactive in a fast paced design environment.




• Adhere to corporate policies and procedures.




• Competency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
