The Program Managers focus on the development, implementation, and management of significant programs within and across Cenlar's lines of business. Success in these roles requires strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, as well as the ability to translate those capabilities to tangible program recommendations and action plans the drive business results. These positions are responsible for the management of significant programs in the areas of operational process improvement, technology, customer experience, marketing, and agent performance / training. Individuals in these roles work on cross-functional, multi-disciplinary initiatives that require abroad knowledge of the firm and its key functions. The Program Managers will be required to build and maintain relationships with key individuals across the organization and use these relationships to support successful program development and implementation.
Responsibilities:
Manages multiple programs of medium to high complexity (and business impact) in support of the Cenlar's business objectives, and owns the full program life cycle from development to implementation; Successful delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one or several initiatives simultaneously
Prepares Management Updates, Program Overviews, and is responsible for related CSRs, etc.
Manages and has business ownership / accountability for all aspects of multiple programs to ensure the overall initiatives are aligned to and directly support the achievement of Cenlar's strategic objectives
Reports transparently on program success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities per established reporting guidelines
Manages the day-to-day program activities and resources and facilitates team meetings
Provides direction to, and works in partnership with, the assigned project manager (where appropriate)
Works creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
Sets and continually manages program expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders
Monitors, tracks, and controls outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
Defines success criteria and disseminates them to involved parties throughout program and program life cycle
Reviews Program deliverables for other programs and mentors Program Managers, as applicable
Develops models to demonstrate complex information in a more understandable and simplified manner
Understands and evaluates proposed solutions; drives recommended action plans
Provides daily, weekly, and monthly updates to management, as necessary
Provides reporting, root cause analytics, process mapping, and tracking/reporting of results
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of relevant experience required
Lean Six Sigma preferred but not required
Mortgage industry knowledge highly preferred
Individual contributor role with the ability to manage communication with multi-faceted team members, analytical, leadership and organizational skills
Demonstrates analytical, organizational, and documentation competencies to perform business analysis project tasks as required
Demonstrated passion for analytics, business process improvement and overall team success
Strong presentation and communication skills; both creation and execution. Ability to develop and deliver PowerPoint presentations at the management level.
Proven track record in program/project management and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new solutions.
Leadership skills with proven track record of collaboration and influencing others
Excellent critical thinking and logical reasoning abilities
Strong desire to learn and understand processes with ability to translate learnings into actionable tasks
Organizational and prioritization skills; ability to multi task
Self-motivated
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
