The main purpose of this role is to execute upon the daily operational call strategies and technical configurations within the call center dialing systems.

• Execute the daily operational strategy of the Call Center and lead a team of analysts


• Configure and real-time monitor all call center systems for inbound and outbound dialing


• Troubleshoot system, data, and API issues identified through customer or internal reports


• Provide real time support to internal customers


• Provide reporting/analysis to Call Center leadership


• Translate technical situations into non-technical terms


• Remote position in Tennessee

Education

• High School or GED required


• Bachelor degree in Science or Art preferred


• 
  

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a call center


• Demonstrated leadership ability


• Numbers driven


• Attention to detail


• Excellent verbal and written communications skills


• Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
