Description of Position:

The Implementation Manager will be focused on the onboarding of new clients and/or programs for Evernorth Home Solutions, with oversight to and support from a team of one or more Implementation Coordinators, as team grows to scale. This role will have one initial direct repot and will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across both Chronic and Health Risk Assessment lines of business to implement clients effectively and efficiently, maintaining matrix relationships with the Client and Member Experience Management team and other shared services teams across the organization to coordinate client onboarding and resolve barriers to implement scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serves as the primary client-facing contact for new client implementations for Chronic Care and Health risk Assessment solutions.


• Oversees, directs, leads, and manages a team of Implementation Coordinators to be scaled to volume of new implementations.


• Routinely reports to leadership status of in-process and completed client implementations through a standardized scorecard.


• Proactively identifies new client issues towards achieving resolution before escalation and ensuring that implementation deliverables are met.


• Ensures timely and complete delivery of implementations per client and business expectations.


• Defines, documents, and improves implementation procedures for team, with buy-in from leadership and supporting teams to which Implementation has a matrix relationship.


• Coordinates and communicates effectively with other team leaders and upper management to understand business goals and anticipated work volumes


• Supports staff planning


• Ability to be effective in a matrix-management environment

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, communications, and/or equivalent demonstrated experience


• 7+ years customer program implementation within healthcare managing a team of client-facing implementation managers in a health-related field


• 5+ years project management experience


• Management experience preferred


• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; analytical reasoning, and the ability to guide a team in making decisions

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
