Cypress Grove and Columbia Healthcare is looking for a full-time Health Promotions Coordinator


This position requires an Exercise Science or related degree.  The candidate will work with patients in rehab to home and maximizing the highest level of wellness for long-term residents.  


The Health Promotions Coordinator performs restorative functions with residents under the clinical supervision of the MDS Coordinator, MDS Assistant, or designated licensed nurse.  Assists in the provision of quality, resident care activities under the supervision of the Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist. Under supervision completes assigned non-skilled activities.  Maintains positive level of interaction with residents.
