Care Coordinator/Life Skills Instructor - Carmel/Westfield Schools

Position Summary
This position provides behavioral health and/or child welfare related services to youth and their families in school, community and/or home settings in order to achieve their identified goals.

CRITICAL FUNCTIONAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Education

Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or a directly-related human service field from an accredited university

Experience

Directly related equivalent experience/competencies in past professional and nonprofessional roles
Knowledge and application of utilizing social service systems (school systems, special education, child welfare, and/or juvenile probation systems) highly preferred
Experience with ages 3 - 18 in a school setting strongly preferred

Background Checks
