Job Description:

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will work closely with the Healthcare & Compliance Go-To-Market Team to provide account management and support to assigned client accounts. The primary focus of the role is to develop relationships with clients to successfully meet commitments and continue to expand utilization of Appriss' solutions. The Customer Success Specialist also works with Product, Engineering, Implementation and Technical Support teams to execute on contract terms and troubleshoot client issues.

Key Responsibilities


  • Possess an understanding of Appriss' technology strategy and be able to articulate its benefits to all customers.

  • Maintain and develop existing client relationships with regular phone calls and interaction to maintain business.

  • Accountable for managing contract renewals/extensions of current business, application/project additions and other required contract related modifications.

  • Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate resolution with necessary internal teams.

  • Internally network to build business relationships and gather information that can be converted into business growth opportunities.

  • Work on special projects of strategic importance under management direction.

  • Produce ad hoc data and reports

Qualifications


  • 2+ years of Account Management/Customer Service related experience

  • Strong organizational and customer management skills.

  • Excellent written and oral communicator.

  • Proven willingness and ability to make positive contributions in a team environment.

  • Someone that can work with minimal direction and take initiative.


  • Ability to perform multiple tasks.

  • BS or BA degree in business administration, communications, or related field or equivalent experience

Helpful/Preferred


  • SQL experience (2+ years)

  • Experience working with databases is preferred

  • Proficient in Excel and skilled in other Microsoft Office applications

  • Healthcare Technology Background
