General Purpose
The Account Manager FSOP represents the up and down the street on-premise accounts, helping our customers keep Coca-Cola products fully stocked and available. The Account Manager FSOP is the primary Coca-Cola contact between the food service and on-premise customers and Coca-Cola. They are responsible for the customer relationships along with and increasing business by maintaining appropriate product availability, bringing new products and packages to life with additional equipment and points of sale within the designated customer base. Our Coca-Cola Account Managers are our frontline ambassadors bringing refreshment to consumers in their communities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage each assigned outlet through face to face customer service.
Execute and close all sales calls.
Sell in incremental displays and equipment placements; sell in promotional programs and ensure dealer compliance.
Sell innovative brands and packages and additional product to established customers.
Manage assigned customer accounts using hand held equipment maintaining appropriate inventory levels, company assets and point of sale. Ensure account meets Company merchandising standards, determine stores' product needs, place and transmit appropriate order in conjunction with existing geographic sales routes.
Ensure no competitor product in Company owned equipment.
Ensure product rotation and process damages.
Communicate account activities to appropriate parties.
Transport, replace and maintain Point of Sale advertising as appropriate for account.
Periodic lifting of 50+ pounds, bending, reaching, kneeling and light merchandising.
Building, changing and removing product displays; maintaining product signage; cleaning product space and securing damaged or defective product.
Act as an Ambassador by providing customer service to Consumers and store personnel by answering questions, locating product, and providing assistance as needed.
Qualifications
Education:
High School - GED or Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of 1 general sales experience required.
2 plus years sales and customer service specific experience preferred. Food/beverage industry experience preferred.
Ability to periodically lift, push, pull 50 plus pounds, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach
Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record with no major violations over the last three (3) years
Must have current vehicle liability insurance
Ability to multitask handling multiple customer accounts
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills. Excellent planning and organization skills specifically managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient computer application skills. Ability to create and conduct sales presentations
