This position is located at the ARA downtown office. Daily job duties include tasks such as answering the main phone line, greeting visitors/ensuring they sign in as appropriate, creating FedEx shipments as requested by office staff, mail processing, scheduling of conference rooms, filing, and various other clerical tasks. Weekly/monthly job duties include tasks such as ordering office/cleaning supplies, maintaining common areas, and arranging meetings/events . Efficiency in Microsoft Outlook and knowledge of other Microsoft programs is required. This position also requires a High School diploma (or equivalent), and one to two years of general office experience.
