Starting Rate: Annual Salary range $110,000-$120,000
Work Hours: Day shift
Location: South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West.
As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will:
Manage High Volume projects
Provide oversite for the plants CI programs
Ensure Plant level focus and continuity of the management operating system
Lead, teach, and coach skills that will improve key performance metrics pertaining to people, safety, quality, service, and cost
Bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain, engineering, management or related field required and 3-5 years of leadership or operations in a manufacturing environment. Along with previous project management experience or continuous improvement skills training.
Lean/ Six sigma certification preferred
