Our greatest asset has been, and will continue to be, our people. We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position Water Logistics Associate in Our US Onshore Resources & Carbon Management, Midland Basin BU based in Midland, Texas.

Responsibilities


  • Provide financial support through accurate and efficient invoice coding in work orders and for assigned personnel. Use of SAP financial software and the general ledger account structure.

  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal personnel to ensure efficiency and accuracy on payments

  • Provide assistance to internal and external customers concerning invoices, data management, and other audit inquires

  • Maintain simple databases or use spreadsheets to conduct reviews of various data points.

  • Complete special projects as assigned

  • Collect and record hard copy paper data from the field into electronic systems.

  • Create and submit work orders, POs, and notifications

  • Follow all company procedures and established guidelines


Qualifications

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 1 year experience in various office functions including processing invoices

  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts

  • Experience in the use of computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships

  • Ability to perform in a demanding, busy field environment

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Experience with SAP and the Oil & Gas industry a plus

Education


  • High School Diploma or GED is required. Additional business education preferred.

Certifications/Licenses


  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle is required
