Ensures that the Digital Sales Team is successful in hitting growth targets for our cloud collaboration technologies.
Targets quota by training and mentoring inside sales on appropriate sales activities, new account prospecting, and leveraging the sales network.
Coaches team on how to sell our technology, both via inbound lead from Marketing as well as "cold" outreach to potential clients with less than 100 employees.
Coordinates and reviews inside sales strategies and account plans that segment the addressable market that align with team to ensure there is no overlap or gaps in coverage.
Responsible for ensuring that the team has the right talent to achieve goals; Recruits talent as needed and can organize team with a strategy for progressing and replacing sales talent.
Experience in managing a remote geographically dispersed sales team
