We are recruiting for a Payroll Administratorto join our Americas PayrollTeam. In this role, you will participate as a key team member to supportall tasks related to payroll processing.This position will be based in our Waltham, MA office. Candidates with 1-3years of payroll / office administration are encouraged to apply.
What Will Your Role Be?
Assist in the preparation and processing of US payrolls using company procedures and policies as well as applicable US and state laws.
Maintain employee data in ADP WorkForce Now.
Provide reporting and documentation on payroll transactions as needed by the company or as required by law.
Your Key Success Factors
1+ years of experience or familiarity with US payrolls, labor laws and filing or the ability to quickly learn and apply them; training and instruction provided.
Experience with ADP and/or ability and willingness to learn ADP to an advance level.
Ability to work independently and/or within a collaborative team structure.
Positive, self-motivated individual with a high level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn and incorporate coaching and instructions into daily tasks and assignments.
Highly organized with critical attention to details, along with good time and priority management.
Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
