About the Role:

You will be part of a unique and high-energy team that works together to deliver significant contributions to the NortonLifeLock business and award-winning protection to our customers. The In-Product Communications team leads the business in execution of company initiatives via sophisticated communication platforms that deliver our messages through our products, directly to our customers. In this role you will be right in the center of the successful conceptualization, execution and measurement of critical projects and campaigns.

A typical day will involve -

• Working with powerful communications platforms messaging millions of endpoints across PC, Mac, Android and IOS worldwide


• Collaborating with diverse global teams to execute strategic company initiatives


• Identifying new opportunities to drive business results


• Extracting performance insights from the tools and databases you'll work with


• Translating business requirements into technical action

Responsibilities:

• Front and back-end developer work for customer-facing communication projects delivered through our consumer products to all endpoints (PC, Mac, Android, IOS).


• Technical interpretation of business requirements to drive initiatives that optimize conversion rates and customer experience.


• Performing ad hoc analysis to diagnose performance issues and validate new platform functionalities


• Articulating complex information to a variety of technical and non-technical teams


• Assisting in the development of our marcomm tools, platforms and data sources

Qualifications:

• Coding - HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, cross-platform web and mobile dev


• Project management experience in a technical environment


• Understanding of A/B testing and related data reporting


• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills


• Experience documenting technical processes


• BA/BS degree
