Job Description:

Manages all aspects of inventory, for finished goods, ingredients, packaging, and raw milk, and ensures timely posting of all outbound and inbound material movements to ensure accurate accounting and invoicing at co-manufacturers, distribution centers, and company-owned manufacturing sites. Reconciles inventory for assigned plants and distribution-centers; works with cross functional partners to ensure systemic production and resupply signals are accurate. Provides support for continuous improvement projects and assists with training to benefit the entire team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

o Inventory Management:
Models best-in-class inventory control at co-manufacturers, distribution centers, and company-owned manufacturing sites
* Ensures production receipts, resupply receipts and outbound shipments are processed in SAP within set time limits
* Completes monthly Finished Goods, Raw Materials & Packaging and Raw Milk inventory reconciliations, ensuring they are accurate and submitted to Co-Man Inventory Control Lead for approval
* Completes Post Goods Receipts (PGR), Post Goods Issue (PGI) and all daily tasks accurately and within established timing metric to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Collaborates with Accounts Payable, providing correct information so Co-Man and Vendor invoices are paid as agreed
* Troubleshoot SAP problems by working with Inventory Control Analyst, Inventory Control Lead, Master Data, SAP teams, and SMEs
* Conduct investigations into inventory management incidents in order to verify and resolve variances
