We're looking for someone special to join our vibrant and high-performing creative team: someone whose purpose is to write with speed, precision, and remarkable passion.

• Collaborate with talented teammates in design and multimedia disciplines to craft and apply creative strategy and conceptual themes, then present and justify creative choices in a "pitch" scenario


• Uphold Schneider Electric's tone of voice, brand message guidelines, and global editorial standards


• Comprehend Schneider's business and key customer segmentation and understand changing business needs quickly within the context of industry trends.


• Work with the studio editor-both informally during concepting and drafting and formally during internal review


• Review peer/third-party copy with constructive objectivity


• Demonstrate diplomacy, maturity, positivity, and the ability to metabolize feedback from multiple sources


• Balance several assignments concurrently without sacrificing quality


• Delivering world-class copy for digital and offline marketing, including ads, videos, event signage, email, web content, social media, brochures, infographics, etc.


• Writing and editing scripts for growing volume of video assignments


• Performing basic levels of QA and proofreading on peer-generated copy


• Sharing best practices among peers and studios


• Communicating clearly and promptly with peers and stakeholders


• Accurate and timely record-keeping in department systems to optimize project timelines


• Delivering exceptional creative, customer service, and operational discipline


• Thriving in a collaborative environment, even remotely

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, communications, creative writing, or related field
