YOuR ROLE

• Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions
• Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications
• Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
• Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed

YOUR SKILLS

• Must be able to pass Henkel's basic skills assessments
• High school diploma or GED
• 1-year manufacturing experience, forklift experience
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to pass forklift certification and operate the forklift daily basis
