As a Project Manager I, you support CXT precast custom product construction projects from point of sale to completion with a primary focus on meeting customer specifications and design requirements, scheduling of material procurement and deliveries, supply chain purchasing and budget management for each project.

This Position


  1. Corresponds directly with customers and vendors regarding project needs.

  2. Works closely with Engineering to provide technical support to customer and vendors.

  3. Generates reports, installation manuals, project schedule, etc.

  4. Writes detailed supplier purchase requisitions, coordinates production schedules with production and customers, schedules shipments and deliveries and invoices customer.

  5. Provides accurate monthly financial forecasts for each project and manages project budget.

  6. Responsible for multiple projects at any given time at varying stages of completion.

  7. Coordinate and lead project meetings with customers including some off-site travel to customer construction project sites.

  8. Responsible for reviewing and approving customer contracts and delivering the appropriate amount of risk mitigation.

  9. Develop and maintain close working relationships with associated departments including Engineering, Supply Chain and Production

  10. Other duties as assigned.

What Do You Need


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.

  • 1 year of professional business experience required, 1 year of construction management experience preferred; 1 year of experience in Project Management preferred.

  • Experience with SAP or other CRM software a plus.

  • Experience managing projects from receipt of purchase order to final customer invoicing and project closure preferred.

  • Experience generating complete submittal packages in compliance with project specifications, including engineering shop drawings and reports, project schedule, etc. preferred.

  • Ability to communicate both written and verbal business information to various levels within the organization.

  • Mathematical aptitude, detail-oriented, organized and act with a sense of urgency.

  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced and team environment.

  • Ability to travel 5% of time to other locations.
