Sensormatic Solutions, is the leading global retail solutions portfolio of Johnson Controls powering operational excellence and enabling smart and connected shopper engagement. We are looking to fill a key position in our Solutions & Product Marketing group.
What you will do
The Sr. Product Marketing Specialist will be responsible for assisting with the development of sales and buyer enablement materials, digital assets, and training and market awareness tools to support the launch of multiple enterprise solutions that include hardware, software and service offerings across the retail vertical.
How you will do it
Collaborate with subject matter experts and product management owners to develop concise sales and market awareness materials that delineate retailer value and positioning
Understand the technologies and customer benefits delivered by Sensormatic’s video solutions that support retail use cases
Work with globally matrixed cross-functional teams to build sales and buyer enablement tools that drive world class solutions
Coordinate and drive smooth launch activities with global regions and key cross-functional partners
Maintain and update our robust library of sales enablement materials
Gather and analyze competitive product and market data, illustrate how Sensormatic compares, and identify key competitive trends.
Coordinate product launch webinars and publish performance metrics using business intelligence tools
What we look for
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or other related field
Minimum 5 years of equivalent marketing work experience, retail operations experience a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Google Alerts and other web based analytics platforms.
Experience creating visually appealing sales enablement materials and content using Constant Contact, InDesign, and PowerPoint
Analytical, creative, persistent, highly motivated, team oriented and result driven.
Demonstrated success working in a global matrix environment
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Must be able to work independently with minimal direction from start to finish.
Flexible and adaptable demeanor, ability to make decisions working in a changing environment
Great organizational and time management skills
10% travel is required
