The DTO (Delivery Team Organization) Project/Program Manager serves as a quarterback for delivery aspects on multi-faceted, complex projects that have high visibility and significant revenue (typically greater than $1M).

Understand complex deals and parse how best to pull in appropriate resources to ensure effective delivery
Build project plans for multifaceted, complex, high revenue, and visible deals for strategic customers
Ensure solid interactions with DTO (delivery team organization) partners and stakeholders to ensure SOW (statement of work) and delivery expectations are finalized
Track, monitor and provide status updates to on project deliverables
Manage conflict, and provide resolution among CFGM (customer first growth model/organizational model) teams
Monitor, and communicate project measures of success plans states issues and risks in a timely manner to team members, stakeholders and senior management
Bachelor’s Degree
Deep understanding of Marketing, Risk and Fraud solutions
5-7 years of experience in Operations
3-4 years experience working across different lines of business, products, and IT
Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise to operate independently and provide informal leadership to others
Uses sophisticated critical thinking skills, leading others to solve complex problems and takes a broad perspective to identify innovation solutions
Makes decisions guided by policies in nonstandard situations that impact the achievement of customer, operational, or project objectives
Forecasts and plans resource requirements for complex projects or initiatives
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders.
Deep technical knowledge
