Our Team

The Wealth Management (WM) Credit Operations Transformation team drives the operational credit, regulatory, and credit risk agenda in support of ongoing large-scale change in the Private Bank. Our group delivers digital solutions for global strategic frameworks that increase the Private Bank's credit capabilities across many platforms and multiple regulatory jurisdictions to enhance the Client experience. This position will be responsible for executing project tasks, including tracking progress against detailed project plans, escalating and resolving issues, and preparing stakeholder communications. In addition, the Project Associate will support the scope definition, requirements, and users' acceptance testing phases of the project.

Responsibilities


  • Gather/analyze complex data and develop accurate conclusions with sufficient comprehension of the business to understand risk implications
  • Partner with Credit Operations and Risks managers to develop recommended courses of action
  • Understand user experience to aid support in defect troubleshooting
  • Support and manage feedback from clients, front office advisors, credit middle office and back office users
  • Facilitate forums to address the priority of reported enhancements and defects
  • Evaluate existing project management processes and look for areas of improvement.
  • Assist with change management as new features are delivered through systematic integrations

Qualifications


  • 3-5 years of experience and proven ability to gather/analyze complex data and develop accurate conclusions with sufficient comprehension of the business to understand risk implications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
  • Team player that works well with others and can easily adapt to constant changing and dynamic environments
  • Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and delivery-focused individual who is able to work independently
  • Ability to positively influence change and maintain a positive change management environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Credit and banking industry experience preferred
