Our global Talent Acquisition team has a unique and exciting opportunity for aContract Recruiter for our Commercial Organization. In this role you will be assisting with high-volume phone screening and recruiting for Customer & Technical Support positions across the US and Canada. You would be cross trained on Inside Sales hiring across the organization. Successful candidates will have a strong commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience through relationship building and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Ideally, we are looking to start someone immediately to help cover a maternity leave but there is the possibility to extend that time if business needs require it.

In the role of Recruiter:

-You will provide full life cycle recruiting that includes consultation with hiring managers, sourcing, candidate interviews and negotiating offers.

-You will create recruitment advertising postings and sources candidates through online social networking, job boards, professional networking and employee referrals.

-You will partner with colleges/universities to find talent for critical talent pools.

-You will partner with your manager and HR Business Partners to strategize, lead and coach the stakeholders within the business.

-You will be comfortable effectively prioritizing competing priorities and demands.

-You will find innovative strategies and solutions to meet hiring goals.

What you will need to succeed:

-The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' recruiting experience and demonstrated success in working in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.

-A passion and love of sourcing and recruiting talent and providing superior candidate experience.

-You possess a sense of urgency for short-term results while balancing long-term improvements.

-You bring experience collaborating with stakeholders, building relationships, influencing and partnering with the business to attract top talent.

-You have a proven pattern of innovative thinking and problem solving.

-You have a competitive spirit that drives you to find the best talent.

-You have a willingness to work as part of a collaborative global team.

-You are internet and social media savvy with experience mining online databases. Experience with Workday, Linkedin Recruiter, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office is preferred.

-You have strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; and the ability to establish rapport quickly.

You are able to meet the physical requirements that go with working in this position -sitting for extended periods of time, extensive phone and computer use.
