The Role:
Reporting to the Patient Recruitment & Feasibility Lead, the Patient Recruitment & Retention Manager will be responsible for executing upon recruitment and retention strategies across clinical programs at Moderna. This role will work closely with study teams, PR&R team members, recruitment vendors, and CROs to ensure a comprehensive recruitment strategy for our clinical trials. The Patient Recruitment and Retention Manager will manage recruitment and retention vendor partnerships to deliver on Moderna's mission to create a new generation of transformative medicines for patients.

Here's What You'll Do:
Execute strategies for patient-centric recruitment and retention for Moderna clinical trials
Collaborate with PR&R and study teams to plan for and succeed in delivering patient enrollment and retention goals
Be accountable for contracting and management of specific vendors related to patient recruitment and retention activities
Collaborate with CROs and other vendors to establish communication pathways and insights into patient recruitment challenges
Manage workflow and internal review of patient recruitment and retention materials
Contribute to creating solutions for best practice initiatives around patient recruitment and retention
Draft content including patient recruitment plans and study team presentations
Here's What You'll Bring to the Table:
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience working in patient recruitment and retention or related health promotions or marketing field
Experience and thorough knowledge of marketing and advertising strategies around clinical trial awareness
Forward-thinking with the ability to influence and implement change and continuous improvement
Have a thorough knowledge of patient recruitment and retention strategies, and vendors
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional matrix environment
