The ISV organization is comprised of highly diverse, intelligent, accountable and collaborative alliances professionals committed to our vision of recruiting, building, and enabling partners to "build great businesses" on the Salesforce platform.
The Growth Initiatives team supports Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners in the evaluation, adoption, and go-to-market motions related to Salesforce emerging technologies, and works closely with our internal business partners to execute programs aligned with these efforts. This role is aligned to the Commerce Cloud LINK Marketplace.
Responsibilities:
Develop deep understanding of Enterprise B2C Commerce product offerings
Support Partner Account Managers, operations leads, partners, and other stakeholders in their understanding of the Commerce Cloud LINK Marketplace
Draft materials and communications related to LINK partnerships for internal and external audiences
Support LINK enablement events to encourage adoption of the LINK program by our partner community
Work cross functionally with Salesforce Product, AppExchange, Industries, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales and Finance, Operations, Legal, etc., to drive projects related to the LINK Marketplace to completion
Create and maintain reports and documents to track various performance metrics
Conduct projects related to new or evolved program needs
Experience/Skills Required:
2+ years of experience with SaaS platforms/solutions in sales, customer success, account management, or equivalent roles
Strong organization, planning, execution, and influencing skills
Experience with Salesforce or e-commerce platform
Desired Skills:
Comfort with ambiguity and pivoting to respond to business needs
Experience in channel sales environment
Experience with marketing or product lifecycle a plus
