Our Product Finance team is looking for a strategic business partner with strong modeling and analytical skills to supplement our Product FP&A team to help the fast growing business profitability and financial health. This team is designed to provide highly motivated, skilled, and naturally curious individuals an opportunity for career development at a growing company.

The Manager will be partnering with both FP&A and Operational team members to enhance the FP&A teams capabilities and improve upon the already high level of service being provided to internal customers. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, monthly forecast / variance analysis, annual budgeting, quarterly guidance, Strategy planning processes, KPI management, financial modeling, roadmap alignment support, and executive presentation. This role requires an individual who is not only able to manage existing processes and cadences, but also seek out ways to improve upon those processes.

The ideal candidate is high energy, responsive, detail oriented, extremely inquisitive, likes to find ways to create efficiencies, comfortable working independently, understands the importance of clear concise communications, and able to balance multiple deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of and expand upon the analytical capabilities of the Product FP&A team including, developing process and tools to simplify reporting and analysis


• Act as trusted partner to the cross functional business organizations' supported


• Analyze data and provide information encompassing what, why, and so what


• Innovate beyond the data to prepare for future-state


• Review and establish financial and non-financial KPI's (key performance indicators)


• Deliver high-quality work product used in presentations for senior executives and business partners


• Ad Hoc Analysis

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis & executive level presentations preferred


• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related field preferred


• Master's degree (MBA) preferred


• Digital / SaaS business experience a plus


• Able to effectively manage time and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment


• Strong numerical, writing and analytical skills with an attention to detail


• Ability to work well independently and in groups in a highly metrics organization in person and remotely

In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085)thesalary range for Colorado for this roleis $98K- $132K per year with20%bonus target.
