Job Description:

Join our Macquarie Capital team and play a key role in booking travel/processing corporate card expenses. The function will ultimately support travel and expense processing for approximately 400 staff across nine offices in the Americas.


The Expense and Travel Team is responsible for booking travel and processing expense reports within the Concur Expense System. As a team member, you will ensure that all required supporting documentation is submitted by the employee, track exceptions to policy and resolve in a timely manner. You will be trained on policy and procedures and will apply a consistent standard across all reports. You possess strong follow-up, inter-personal and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and can work independently and multitasking in an environment with changing priorities.


Further responsibilities will include:



  • tracking and managing all aspects of the expense process

  • managing and monitoring for unreconciled and/or unapproved expense reports and corporate card transactions

  • prioritizing and managing multiple assignments simultaneously

  • ensuring compliance to corporate policies and processes

  • monitoring the Concur designated inbox and resolve employee issues, manage and audit rules and e-mail reminders

  • maintaining accurate data for reporting purposes

  • coordinating travel arrangements including flights, cars, hotels, and other reservations


You should possess Proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Outlook. Additionally, 2 years of previous experience in a support role or customer service in a corporate environment and experience with concur and booking travel is preferred.
