What Will Your Role Be?
The Financial Analyst position reports to the Finance Manager and will be involved in the budget and forecasting process, operating plan analysis, sales compensation planning, headcount analysis and other special projects. The Financial Analystposition will provide financial consulting and support to senior management including preparing financial presentations, analysis and other projects requested by management. This function is vital in driving analysis to support business decision making.
Reporting/Analysis
Ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable information including meaningful reports, charts and graphs
Prepare financial and business related analysis and research in areas such as revenue, expense and headcount
Assist with financial and business related research and cooperate with other departments in preparing analyses
Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations
Maintain and coordinate completion of financial review templates and meetings
Complete accurate monthly and quarterly reporting to parent company
Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
Budget/Forecast
Assist in preparation and reporting of consolidated budget and forecasts
Oversee and manage the continued development and improvement of budget and forecasting processes
Analyze Financial Intranet resources to provide senior management with written summaries of relevant requirements and deadlines

Oversee purchase requisition process making sure budget guidelines are maintained
Support and assist in managing the company's CRM system
Analyze partner royalty contracts and complete calculation of royalties due as required
Oversee planning and maintenance of Sales Compensation Plan
Collaborate with the Accounting Function for seamless process integration and provides support to all functions
Perform other duties as required
Your Key Success Factors
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the technology industry is essential, preferably software
Strong computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
NetSuite Financials, Business Objects, PeopleSoft, TM1 or similar system experience preferred
Experience with Replicon Time Cost is a plus
High integrity, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
High standards of accuracy, precision and consistency; well organized
Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
Must be open to additional responsibilities and teamwork ethics
