Job Details

Salesforce is looking for a Product Manager to join Einstein Platform team and lead the development of products and features involving our Einstein Vision capabilities. The goal of Salesforce Einstein is to build AI capabilities that can seamlessly integrate into Salesforce and enhance our customers' experiences. This role is an opportunity to delve into ML initiatives surrounding image recognition and deliver customer-facing products that impact how AI is used within Salesforce.

Responsibilities:


  • Engage with a variety of stakeholders and customers to determine business requirements, technical considerations, and strategic objectives.


  • Define go to market strategy


  • Work closely with the research, engineering, UX, and CX on solution design and execution according to business needs.


  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements.


  • Coordinate and manage work with scrum teams to help ensure timely delivery of products.


  • Manage and run customer pilots


  • Research and respond to customer questions.


  • Engage with our partner, customer, and developer communities to drive customer enthusiasm and product adoption.


Experience/Skills Required:


  • Experience with AI, data science and/or machine learning tools and practices


  • Experience in bringing new products to market


  • Familiarity with Salesforce admin and developers experiences


  • Scrum, agile methodology hands-on experience


  • Excellent organization and communications skills, with experience communicating across groups with varying degrees of technical background.


  • Ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute against a plan.


  • BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines or equivalent experience in technical leadership roles.
