Responsibilities

As ERT's HR Analytics Analyst, you will

    Build partnerships with HR leaders and business leaders to understand ongoing business and people strategies at ERT to increase awareness of available data, and improve business acumen and analysis.
  • Empower HR to integrate data into their daily workflow.

  • Produce monthly and ad hoc reports with quantitative analysis that tells a story through the data.

  • Perform data collection, trending, analytics, reporting, and dashboards to support key business and people initiatives.

  • Partner with various systems owners (e.g., applicant tracking system, human capital management system, learning management system, engagement survey tool) to ensure data integrity for accurate reporting.

  • Create effective visualizations tailored to the context of the data and audience

  • Participate in projects and programs with people data (AAP, EEO, Engagement Surveys)

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.

  • Evaluate and assist in development or improvement of processes and procedures.

Qualifications

What we seek in our HR Analytics Analyst -


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field required; Masters of Science in Business Analytics or MBA is helpful

  • Three years of experience in data analysis and reporting with an emphasis on people analytics

  • Experience working with ERP systems such as Workday and Oracle HCM, or other enterprise business systems

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and experience analyzing large, complex datasets.

  • Strong data visualization skills with the ability to translate data into clear and concise storytelling that provides insight

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Familiarity with SQL, and scripting languages such as python or R preferred
