The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Professional Coding Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading definition of offering in accordance with roadmap objectives




• Implementing initiatives for success through close involvement with customers and development




• Determining the offering roadmap and priorities to position offering as a scalable, high-value, revenue-driving product offering




• Supporting sales with subject matter expertise and providing that expertise to other 3M HIS groups




• Creating documentation, training materials, processes, systems, and alignment with development team in order to propel product offering forward.




• Identification of betas, measuring ROI, pricing, and marketing services and offerings Professional Coding as a Service Solution




• Implementing a cohesive workflow for the 360 as a Service offering




• Leverage industry and product knowledge to support analytics services provided to clients for MOVES, current Health Analytics Suite and Performance Matrix

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of fourteen (14) years of experience in HIT industry in lieu of the bachelor’s degree education requirement




• Three (3) years of working knowledge of 3M Healthcare Information Systems cross interdependencies




• Four (4) years experience working with both services and technologies in the Healthcare Information Technology industry

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master’s degree or higher




• Coding credentials, including but not limited to RHIT, CCS, RHIA

Travel: Travel up to 25%

Relocation Assistance: May not be authorized

Location: Anywhere in the United states

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
