The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Systems Technician Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Lead maintenance and improvements of machine systems, controls, and automation systems


• Implements existing and new technologies to relating reliability and productivity robotic systems


• Determines priorities and execution schedules for projects and improvements


• Supports manufacturing through the delegation of systems and controls resources


• Willingness to be on-call to support manufacturing

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma /GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.


• Possess three (3) years of experience in Manufacturing and/or Maintenance.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability and interest to train others


• Ability to program and troubleshoot robotics software


• Demonstrated experience with robotics maintenance, set-up and modifications, and mechanical maintenance of robotic systems

Travel: May include up to 10% travel

Relocation Assistance: Is authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
