Design, develop, test, and install Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) and related infrastructure
Analyze, design and support implementation of business-specific Pega solutions and/or frameworks.
Mentor new team members. Assign appropriate tasks to junior project team members, coach project team members, and provide guidance on development best-practices.
Implement technical solutions on Pega 8.X, and Pega Healthcare Management
Troubleshoot application issues using tools like Splunk, New Relic etc.
Partner with project managers, system architects, on- and off-shore team members as well as other engineers.
Create reusable components that can be leveraged across the enterprise for providing top-notch customer experience
Translate complex business requirements into functional technical requirements using PegaSystems SmartBPM methodology, DCO and CI/CD tools.
Implement PEGA integration services using REST, SOAP, Email etc.
Perform regular code and design reviews.
Assist with planning and execution of unit, integration and user acceptance testing.
Provide regular updates team lead and project manager on project progress and outstanding issues
Collaborate with a team of senior developers and architects
Work in all phases of software development including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business centric and process based applications.
Building and implement model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions.
Must be a Pega certified CSSA/LSA
7+ years' experience with In-depth technical understanding of Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC), Pega product knowledge and have experience with Java frameworks
2+ years of software architecture experience
1+ years of development using Oracle backend and application management in Splunk preferred.
Experience in business process modeling or flow charting
Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies
Experience with PL/SQL and Oracle preferred. Knowledge on Pega Cloud, Dockers and automation preferred.
