Essential Functions:

• Design, develop, test, and install Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) and related infrastructure


• Analyze, design and support implementation of business-specific Pega solutions and/or frameworks.


• Mentor new team members. Assign appropriate tasks to junior project team members, coach project team members, and provide guidance on development best-practices.


• Implement technical solutions on Pega 8.X, and Pega Healthcare Management


• Troubleshoot application issues using tools like Splunk, New Relic etc.


• Partner with project managers, system architects, on- and off-shore team members as well as other engineers.


• Create reusable components that can be leveraged across the enterprise for providing top-notch customer experience


• Translate complex business requirements into functional technical requirements using PegaSystems SmartBPM methodology, DCO and CI/CD tools.


• Implement PEGA integration services using REST, SOAP, Email etc.


• Perform regular code and design reviews.


• Assist with planning and execution of unit, integration and user acceptance testing.


• Provide regular updates team lead and project manager on project progress and outstanding issues


• Collaborate with a team of senior developers and architects


• Work in all phases of software development including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business centric and process based applications.


• Building and implement model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be a Pega certified CSSA/LSA


• Bachelors' degree


• 7+ years' experience with In-depth technical understanding of Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC), Pega product knowledge and have experience with Java frameworks


• 2+ years of software architecture experience


• 1+ years of development using Oracle backend and application management in Splunk preferred.


• Experience in business process modeling or flow charting


• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies


• Experience with PL/SQL and Oracle preferred. Knowledge on Pega Cloud, Dockers and automation preferred.
