Lead globally distributed technology teams through programs and projects that create, enhance or maintain applications platforms
Engage with product and business leaders to understand business needs and translate these needs into executable solutions, while managing expectations, gathering requirements, and managing the RFP process for large-scale programs to Research, evaluate and make recommendations on software products and services in support of procurement and development efforts
Ensure that any new software integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications
Coordinate feasibility studies for software and system products under consideration for purchase, and give advice based on findings
Accountable for software delivery and application development for various applications including but not limited to sales force, Azure power platform, analytical application, mobile solutions for the organization
Drive transition of application portfolio from traditional software to cloud solution
Lead global and distributed application teams in support of business operations
Liaise with network administrators and software engineers to assist with quality assurance, program logic, and data processing

Minimum Qualifications
Ten to fifteen years of experience in information technology or information systems management is preferred. However, any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform job duties may be considered
Graduated from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree focused on Information Systems Technology or Information Systems Management, or a closely related field is strongly preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered. Post-Graduate Degree preferred
Expert Technical Knowledge and experience in all applications and services development, implementation, and support (architecture, requirements, developments, system design & configuration, integration, testing, data/information conversion & migration and system support)
Advance understanding of cloud architecture and prior experience in leading cloud transformation programs
Ten years direct staff management and development responsibility
Proven engagement with executive management with measurable results
Experience in the semi-conductor industry segment, ideally in the Manufacturing and Engineering disciplines
IT outsourcing vendor and relationship management experience
Proven ability in managing outside service providers, including SLA management and performance measurement
Demonstrated Program Management experience at a local and enterprise level
Hands on experience in all three aspects of cloud solutions IaaS, PaaS & SaaS and providing guidance to developers and architects on attributes of selecting cloud solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Prior hands-on experience in agile development, Azure DevOps tools and demonstrable expertise in leading application development with scalable, performance and resilient architecture
Extensive experience developing solutions using .Net, C#, Xamarin, Java, J2EE, SQL server and other technologies used in custom application development
Ability to set operational plans with mid-term impact by maintaining standards that lead to high performance and execution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentation
High attention to detail at all levels of management with the ability to work effectively under high stress conditions while consistently meeting critical deadlines
Excellent diplomacy, applying tact and discretion, to develop strong rapport with executives
Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a customer service mentality, to produce consistent win-win solutions
Effectively multi-task across a multitude of initiatives with the ability to manage and adapt to shifting priorities across multiple customers
Sound understanding of financial and accounting disciplines, including budgetary and forecast responsibilities
Sound understanding of P&L practices and how these drive business decisions and strategy
Knowledge of both Manufacturing and Engineering best practices, ideally in a high-tech environment
Excellent management and leadership capabilities
Sound knowledge of industry trends and strategies in information technology
