Position will report directly to SVP Jose Lopez. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Superior guest service skills to cater to Latin/International VIP and VVIP casino marketing segment. Duties to include managing guest hotel reservations and end of trip folio settlements, Latin specific casino marketing events, organization of daily office functions, staff scheduling and processes. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, CMS, LMS and Salesforce. Willingness to work all shifts and days of week as guest/business needs require. Candidate will need to be a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, team environment.
