We are looking for a senior level visual designer who will be responsible for driving the experiences for enterprise products at JPMorgan Chase & Co. You will be part of the Corporate Technology Data Platforms User Experience team, delivering creative solutions for complex UX problems and improving existing flows. You will have experience with Figma and understanding of each stage of the design process from research to the final deliverable. You will be collaborating with other UX designers and researchers to come up with new features and enhancements for multiple products. Ultimately, you will have thorough understanding of user needs and information hierarchy.

For this role, we want someone who has a strong sense of aesthetics and knows when to sweat the details. The successful candidate will sit within our central User Experience team in either Columbus, Chicago, Texas, or New Jersey. If you can explain why you're that person, we want you!

What you'll be doing


  • Deliver end-to-end product experience with focus on user flows, site maps and high fidelity UI designs .
  • Direct communication to build relationships with product teams and stakeholders, understanding vision, direction, and present creative ideas and solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative design process with product owners, visual designers, researchers, and tech partners to produce deliverables.
  • Drive design direction that align with research on user needs that inform the best design solution.
  • Contributing to our design system and component library.

What you'll need


  • A bachelor's degree in human interaction, user experience, visual communication, or other related field.
  • 4-6 years experience
  • Openness and desire to learn and develop with problem solving mindset.
  • Strong skills Adobe Creative Suite, LucidSpark, and Figma.
  • Track record in leading UX to deliver user-centered products, facilitation skills to conduct collaborative working sessions, mentoring junior designers, presenting, and visual communication skills.
  • Experience working with product teams and driving discussions with researchers
  • Knowledge of service design, design systems, and agile methodologies.
