Job Description:

Job Summary: 

Verify the existence and collateral values pledged by prospects and customers. Ensure company is secure in transactions.

 

Essential Job Functions: 

·         Verify existence of collateral and value.

·         Adherence to company’s policies and procedures.

·         Review the books and records of the borrower.

·         Test whether borrower and internal staff are doing everything needed under the underwriting rules during closure of the loan.

·         Other duties as assigned.

 

Job Qualifications: 

·         Typically, 0 - 2+ years’ experience with bachelor’s or equivalent

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.

·         Driver's License due to extensive travel requirements
