RHD property must be maintained in a safe, clean and functional manner at all times. At a minimum, property conditions must always satisfy quality levels established by RHD and those expected by our funders. Multiple levels of management are expected to review and respond to property- related issues that impact the safety and quality of our programs. The Construction Manager provides management and oversight of large and/or specialized repair and renovation projects. The Construction Manager is also the property manager for the Health Center Division.
Essential Duties and Functions
Provides managerial oversight and project management of all large capital construction projects and renovations.
Manages CDBG, HOME, ESG, and Affordable Housing Trust Fund Grants, as needed.
Plans and coordinates with RHD Division EVP and DFO and/or their designee(s) to identify general maintenance, repairs and capital building improvements.
Provides managerial oversight and project management of routine property inspections to ensure health and safety of residents and employees and to determine needed repairs or renovations (i.e., annual, pre-licensing, etc.).
Maintains records and budgets for repairs and renovations of corporate-owned and leasehold properties, where RHD is responsible for all repairs and/or renovations.
Provides managerial oversight and project management of new property selection, acquisition, start-up renovations (as needed), moves, closures, and/or sale.

A minimum 5-7 years' experience in Residential and Commercial Construction and property management.
Required Education
HS Diploma/GED
