HEICO Aerospace Corporation, a subsidiary of HEICO, is hiring a HR Administrator. This role is responsible for general administrative support of the department, coordinating company events, assists with compliance and other duties as assigned under the guidance of the Corporate HR Manager. This position is an integral part of our Human Resources & Payroll Dept. This position also serves as a backup for the Receptionist, as needed.
This role requires a winning combination of great customer service and a desire for process improvement. This is a great role for someone who is highly organized, great at working with people, and eager to learn more about human resources (HR).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintain, organize and update confidential Team Member files as well as ensure accuracy & compliance
Answer frequently asked questions regarding company policies, benefits and payroll
Coordinate recognition programs and administration
Coordinate company events and programs
Administer employment verification requests
Support drug testing program compliance
Serve as cross unit support for HR Leaders
Project a professional presence and have a welcoming disposition, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times
Front desk back-up (during receptionist's breaks or out of office)
Education - HR Administrator:
High School Degree or GED equivalent required
Experience - HR Administrator:
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Skills - HR Administrator:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability communicate within all levels of the organization
Prior experience with a HRIS is desired (ADP Vantage a plus)
Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strict attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Strong customer service acumen
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality (A MUST)
