Act as administrative/technical lead for the digital platform as well as other training methods (live, virtual, digital, hybrid)
Support business development activities
Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends, developments, and best practices across the Americas region (market trends, technical awareness, and learning market theory)
Identify gaps and facilitate the development of new training content in consultation with Business Unit Managers (domestic and international)
Consult with internal SME's (subject matter experts) to optimize training materials under the Academy brand
Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them
Manage the Academy financials (bookings forecast, P/L, and budget)
Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs to meet customer's needs as necessary
Management reporting and support
Bachelor's degree in Technical or Business area
Coaching and Developing Employees Certification, Building High-Performance Teams Certification, and/or any Instructional Design Essential Certifications are a plus
Three or more years with proven work experience as a Training Specialist/Coordinator/Manager
Experience using a range of LMS & training delivery platforms
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment;
Demonstrated, excellent oral and written communication skills;
Self-starter with a positive outlook and motivated attitude;
Knowledge of accreditation requirements (preferred but not required)
Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
Familiarity with traditional and modern training delivery methods (e-learning, workshops, simulations, in-classroom training, hybrid, flipped, etc.)
Leadership experience
Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively
Instructional programs experiences, such as LMS and Digital Content Delivery Programs
