Otter Products is currently recruiting for a Marketing Associate focused on LifeProof to join our Brand Marketing team in San Diego, CA or Fort Collins, CO.

Responsibilities

*Supports the development of an end-user insight driven, globally aligned communications strategy and campaign.
*Leads specific communication-focused projects.
*Assists with writing strategic briefs and provides constructive creative feedback to build best-in-class creative executions.
*In collaboration with Product team, supports development and launch of pebble projects to learn the fundamentals of product development leveraging a global mindset
*Supports cross-functional collaboration across the Product Life Cycle
*Assists in the collaborative work with the channel team to learn and understand the needs of key retailers.
*Learn the role of different research tools to gain consumer insights.
*Learn to lead and motivate cross-functional internal and/or external (including agencies as relevant) teams in the development and execution of marketing related to specific projects.
*Participates in and supports the development of the brand marketing plan to learn about the planning process.
*Assists with analyzing the competitive and end-user landscapes to learn about potential impact to the business.
*Assists with objective setting and how that relates to business activities to further develop this knowledge base.
*Participates in the budgeting process to learn and provide support as feasible, while learning the fundamentals of the P&L.
*Supports and maintains a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment
*Other duties as required

Qualifications

*Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent required. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered
*Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or brand marketing required

For US Based Roles Only - Compensation Range Minimum

USD $52,000.00/Yr.

For US Based Roles Only - Compensation Range Maximum

USD $65,000.00/Yr.
