About the Role:

We're looking for an SEO manager who will be the day to day subject matter expert focused on monitoring and executing SEO initiatives and campaigns. This role will research, identify, plan, and execute SEO priorities to improve keyword rankings and drive organic traffic to the website. This includes end to end execution of technical, on-page optimization, content, and analysis of the program. In addition, this person will work with cross-functional teams on business requirements and solutions for technical improvements. Ongoing monitoring of rankings and meaningful analysis will be an instrumental part of the success of this role.

Responsibilities:

• Owns and monitors Google Search Console accounts for all NortonLifelock web properties.


• Identifies opportunities through extensive keyword and competitive research.


• Develop and execute on-page optimization plans.


• Inform and optimize content publishing by providing targeted keywords, SEO meta tags and SEO best practices.


• Provide guidance and recommendations on content topic generation through proven research or successful pilots and/or campaigns.


• Provide keyword guidance and SEO meta tag recommendations for UX and web initiatives/projects.


• Run regular occurring site audits to identify opportunities or issues.


• Work directly with Technology cross-functional teams to implement SEO initiatives and projects by providing SEO technical best practices, implementation guidance and prescriptive html code.


• Optimize internal linking structures to maximize rankings across NortonLifelock' s keyword portfolio.


• Run and audit backlink analysis regularly to maintain a healthy backlink profile.


• Assess and drive end to end targeted content outreach campaigns to improve page and domain authority.


• Manage day to day relations, expectations, and deliverables of external vendors/agencies.


• Forecast weekly and quarterly against targets.


• Analyze project and campaign results pushing forward next steps at a rigorous pace.


• Be an SEO evangelist to cross-functional teams.


• Stay up to date with industry trends and Search engine updates.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of SEO marketing experience


• Experience with AEM, html, and Wordpress


• Understand SEO tools and best practices


• Experience in building and managing relationships with both external partners and with internal teams


• Experience in prioritizing, planning, and forecasting


• Experience writing business requirements


• Strong data analytics and excel proficiency.


• Excellent time, project management and organizational skills


• Exceptional communication skills & interpersonal skills


• Self-starter, able to work independently, flexible, collaborative, problem-solver, team player and a 'can do' attitude.
